Bibelo : Swim

On the occasion of MAISON & OBJET last January, furniture publisher Bibelo presented its latest collection: Swim. Margaux Keller, designer and artistic director of the Parisian house diverts pool ladders in a range of furniture with minimalist lines.

Originally from Marseille (13), Margaux Keller studied at École Boule and ENSAAMA (National School of Applied Arts and Crafts) - from which she graduated in 2010 thanks to her project « Design (without) shameless ", where she mischievously hijacks our habits - such as licking her bowl or drinking the last drop of a bottle of wine - in a collection of objects. After being trained in agencies like those of Philippe Starck, Eugeni Quitllet or the Fabrica research group of Benetton, she creates her own studio.

For the furniture publisher Paris Bibelo, she imagines a range of low tables, chairs and modular chairs with the purpose of making our lives easier. Indeed, with a wide handle, lacquered metal furniture is easily movable and can thus adapt to all our desires and all our needs.

"My goal is to surprise by playing with the codes of everyday life, I try to inspire the habits of each through my creations, with poetry and elegance. " Margaux Keller, designer

Shifted and innovative, the armchair Swim presents original proportions: the large curved back, here diverted from its original function, which also becomes armrest.

Declined version outdoor for the outdoors and baby for children, the different elements of Swim will bring a touch of eccentricity to all homes!
